What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a knowledgeable influencer marketing specialist to lead and grow our influencer marketing efforts across a range of social platforms. Working closely with the marketing director and social media team, the influencer marketing specialist will grow the brand’s relationships with influencers and ensure maximum ROI from our influencer marketing budget.
To be an ideal candidate, you should be up to date on the latest trends in crypto and have an in-depth knowledge of the crypto influencer landscape. You should also have a background in marketing with a proven track record of successfully working with influencers to produce results. Ideally, you have worked for a crypto or blockchain company before.

What You Will Do
- Research prospective influencer partnerships
- Proactively cultivate and manage relationships with influencers
- Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy
- Work with influencers to define content goals and timeframes
- Prepare marketing materials for influencers to cover
- Work with Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer to prepare and schedule posts of influencer content
- Analyze historical and current data to optimize influencer content direction and strategy
- Negotiate pricing and contracts
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing
- Deep knowledge of the crypto influencer landscape and broader crypto ecosystem
- Fluent English communicator
- Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology
- Well-versed in using analytic tools to uncover insights and trends
- Values aligned with the Energi culture and values
- Self-starter with the ability to produce results with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience working for a blockchain/crypto organization
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
- Degree in marketing or another relevant field
