Social Media and Influencer Manager

As Social Media and Influencer Manager you are a critical part of our Commercial and Marketing team, developing and driving our social media strategy in collaboration with our Marketing and Brand Directors.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement social media calendar cross different social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other infulentional spaces
- Work with creative team on briefs and creation of social media posts according to brand guidelines
- Analyze, report and track impact on social media performance, adapting the overall strategy and calendar to prioritize the most engaging content and community growth
- Find and implement relevant social partnerships with relevant brands
- Cast and draw partnerships with influencers cross platform size and specialty
- Generate UGC thanks to influencers partnerships, contests etc
- Analyze, report on influencer operations and adapt the strategy accordingly
- Work closely with customer service of management of customer tickets and complaints
- Manage recommendations based on reports and analytics of different social tools and platforms.
Who you are:
- You have 4-5 years experience leading social media and influencer campaigns and partnerships, driven by a passion for social media and digital trends
- You are curious and creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and social media knowledge
- You have proven results and are capable of driving different projects simultaneously
