Location: Melville, NY (Flexible hybrid and some regional travel)

Established Consumer Goods Distribution Company seeks a Digital Marketing Superstar to join their team!
Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader on the Marketing team and a steward of the company’s brand.
- Lead the eCommerce strategy for all experiences we bring to market. This will include developing a B2B eCommerce platform and Website strategy across 1. Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, and more);
- Paid Search; 3. Influencer Marketing; 4. Livestream Marketing; 5. Social Media Marketing; 6. Content Marketing; 7. PR & Communications.
- Define architecture, infrastructure, and operational requirements to fulfill a B2B e-commerce business strategy within the Oracle Fusion back-office tied to ERP business systems.
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategy and plans, including paid media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Lead, Build, and scale a Digital marketing team of subject matter experts within and utilizing external resources.
- Work cross-functionally with the Brand Management team to align marketing activations with Catalogs, Trade Shows, Communications, and Digital Advertising.
- Collaborate with the Product and Brand Management organizations to develop KPIs to measure company launch success and use this data to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide feedback on all marketing activities on dashboards that measure and track the effectiveness of all digital marketing activities, to be shared with company Leadership team.
- Partner with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Partner with Sales on account specific eCommerce support needs.
- Own digital shelf content strategy and support data needs.
Qualifications
- B.S. Marketing and/or Digital Marketing or related concentration.
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of success
- 8+ years building & managing a Marketing and eCommerce team.
- Hands-on ability/experience in developing and designing web platforms like Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and/or Salesforce.
- Proven track record of building websites and eCommerce platforms utilizing some or all the following technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Adobe, JSON, and social media APIs.
- Experience tracking, analyzing, and measuring product performance and the impact of marketing programs within a complex business model.
- **Some travel required – to and from local divisions in the northeast.
