Digital Marketing Manager - AMAZON Specialist

In this role you will be working on all our brands including but not limited to MineTan Body Skin, b.tan, b.clean, b.fresh and Private Label Tan.
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced marketplace expert to lead and manage the growth of our brands on Amazon in the USA, Europe, UK and Australia. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our brands’ listings on Amazon and driving performance within the channel. Working in both Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, you will be responsible for AMS advertising, organic growth tactics, content and copywriting, sales forecasting and managing a healthy in-stock rate, promotions and pricing.
Technical and highly organized, you will have a proven track record managing multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. An in-depth knowledge of Amazon and other marketplaces will give you a lead on the rest. You will be an excellent communicator, help foster collaboration from within the team and be comfortable working in a fast paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage existing Amazon accounts across different regions in both Vendor Central and Seller Central
- Set up new Amazon accounts, with specific focus on Europe
- Optimize listings, category storefronts and brand storefront for conversion
- Create best-in-class product pages with a focus on SEO (title, description, images, reviews, prices, promotions, deals, product specs, customer questions, A+ content)
- Keyword research and market trend analysis
- AMS advertising campaigns - set up, optimization and management
- Plan, develop, and implement Amazon strategy globally
- Use Amazon reporting tools and dashboards as well as internal reporting tools, then translate findings into actionable growth tactics
- Prepare, weekly, monthly, and quarterly and annual business-performance updates
- Manage brand infringements via Amazon Brand Registry
- Monitor and manage the removal of unauthorized resellers
- Monitor and make pricing recommendations and updates
- Sales forecasting and managing inventory levels
- Collaborate with Product & Marketing teams to identify new products opportunities
- Work alongside the broader marketing team to identify opportunities for growth outside of the Amazon infrastructure, including but not limited to influencer marketing, digital advertising and digital landing pages.
Minimum Educational Qualifications
- BA Degree in Marketing, or related experience
Minimum Previous Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Other Skills
- Experience in Amazon highly desirable
- Experience in Google Keyword Planner & Keyword Research
- Strong analytical skills are a must
- Be highly organized with strong time-management and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Google Docs applications or Microsoft equivalent
- Strong interest and knowledge in Cosmetics / Beauty
- Related work experience in the consumer goods, fashion or beauty industries is a plus
- Agency experience highly desirable
