SoFi Stadium, the new home of the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, is located at Hollywood Park, a 298-acre sports and entertainment destination being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke in Inglewood, California. The 3.1 million square-foot SoFi Stadium is the largest stadium in the NFL, as well as the first indoor outdoor stadium. It seats approximately 70,000, expandable up to 100,000, with more than 260 luxury suites and more than 13,000 premium seats. SoFi Stadium has already secured Super Bowl LVI in 2022, the College Football National Championship Game in 2023, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympic Games in 2028.
SUMMARY:
Hollywood Park and SoFi Stadium is seeking a Digital Marketing Director is who will be responsible for the creation and execution and management of digital initiatives across web, app, social and email channels. This position will focus on building brand awareness and strategic marketing plans to drive guest engagement and revenue via the Hollywood Park digital properties. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for being knowledgeable of current digital trends, analyzing metrics and must have a good sense of art direction and brand strategy. This position will work closely with multiple departments including Sales, Global Partnerships, Communications, Programming and Community Relations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing assets including our marketing database, website, mobile app, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Responsible for daily administration of all digital platforms, including websites, mobile app, IPTV and DOOH.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets, including Google Ad Words, FB, Instagram, YouTube paid and organic campaigns.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work CRM team to maximize conversion rates, and retain and grow our customer database.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, techniques, and KPIs.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, campaign tracking, tagging, web testing, web analytics, customer behavior, and Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Programmatic Ad Platforms, Social Ad Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snap, Reddit, etc.), AEM, DAM management.
- Familiarity with cross-channel marketing platforms.
- Proven work experience in social media and familiar with influencer marketing.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically, with an integrated, omni-channel mindset and a deep understanding of the current digital media landscape and trends.
