Influencer Marketing Assistant Part-Time
Uplift Management is seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to fill the opening role of influencer marketing assistant. Prospective candidates should have an interest in influencer and digital marketing, as well as previous administrative experience, and should be able to work well in a high-pressure environment. Individuals must have excellent communication skills and be highly proficient in working with applications such as Microsoft Word, Google, and Adobe. Part-time duties may have the possibility of expanding to full-time duties in the future. Candidates should be very professional and capable of communicating with both talent and top-tier brand representatives.
Hours: This is a part-time role, spanning 4-5 hours a day (approximately 20-25 hours a week). This role has the potential to take on additional hours as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Email correspondence
- Calendar management
- Scheduling
- Invoicing and record-keeping
- Working alongside brand representatives and talent
- Research projects as needed
- Campaign management (from activation to post-campaign insights)
- Relaying critical campaign information from brand to talent
- Coordinating content creation and shoot details
- Content retrieval and submission for approval
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Must have or be in the process of receiving a Bachelors's degree in a field related to Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, etc.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and take on additional roles as needed
- Outstanding organizational and follow up skills
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Excellent email etiquette
