Confident you know how to win friends and influence people… to try influencer marketing?

We’d love to talk if this sounds like you:

  • Skilled at business development, sales outreach, pipeline-building, lead generation, brand connections.
  • Experience with retail, CPG or influencer marketing, social media and/or content creation.
  • Warm, friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, genuine, high emotional intelligence, comfortable working a room
  • Existing relationships/network and understanding of the Northwest Arkansas business/retail/CPG environment (position is based in Bentonville)
  • Comfort with cold and warm outreach, building relationships and strategy development.

Bonus points: current or former merchant, trained in negotiation, understands the retail lingo/landscape, consultant mentality (adept at problem-solving and building marketing strategies/recommendations).

We are always open to meeting people with these existing skill sets. We value diversity and we’re often flexible on experience as long as you bring the hustle.
