Our team provides global distribution while allowing our artists to maintain the ownership of their masters. We look to selectively partner with artists we are passionate about and provide funding, high level marketing, playlist promotion, strategy and more. The main objective of our operations is to proactively help our artists execute their visions. We bring a well rounded point of view to each project as our staff is comprised of former members of major labels, management firms, publishers, distributors, sync companies and media.
PIVTL Projects is an extension of powerhouse distribution and publishing administration company TuneCore as well as it's parent company, the Paris based Believe. This gives us a wide array of resources both domestically and internationally allowing our team to think and execute globally.
Job Description
Missions
- Strategy: elaborate artist development strategy & planning across all social media platforms, DSP’s and web.
- Data Analysis: perform thorough data analysis to identify artist’s target audience & position him/her in the market for optimal growth.
- Content: guide in creating consistent, engaging content, schedule, budget & coordinate execution.
- Audience Development: leverage artist’s channels to grow audience and increase engagement by implementing both organic activations and paid media campaigns (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, online stores, online media, influencers, etc.); build creative and innovative digital experiences for fans; provide strategic guidance to artists to manage their socials.
- Budgeting & Finance: manage & monitor digital marketing budgets.
- Performance Management: monitor KPIs & deliver weekly reports on digital marketing performance for internal and external stakeholders; share best practices with other markets.
Qualifications
Skills
- Strong creative mind capable of regularly producing outside of the box ideas and initiatives with the understanding of how to execute.
- Extensive knowledge of social media, online promotion strategies, SEO and influencer marketing.
- Ability to build creative and innovative artist development campaigns.
- Data driven & results oriented: ability to analyze and use data to optimize development.
- Structured, organized, ability to follow process and monitor budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working on various projects at the same time.
Experience
& Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role at a record label, management company or artist services company.
- Experience with backend analytics tools (YouTube, Facebook, Google, Spotify, Apple, etc.).
- Knowledgeable about market trends, music industry developments and digital innovations.
- Extensive knowledge of the hip hop, R&B and pop music markets and cultures.
Additional Information

- Full understanding of Facebook & Google Ads
- Relationships with key personnel at digital outlets (TikTok, Instagram, Vevo, etc).
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canvas
- Relationships with creative agencies
