Global Manager, Digital Marketing - Sally Hansen

The Global Digital Marketing Manager, Sally Hansen will serve as the creative agency lead for digital, and influencer marketing content and strategy. This role will maximize and align brand strategy and messaging across all touchpoints, liaising with internal and external teams on the development and execution of content that delivers against global brand strategy.

The Global Digital Marketing Manager will be highly attuned to the competitive environment and pop culture and is capable of synthesizing that knowledge with an understanding of the brand to create impactful and relevant brand content. He/she has a sharp eye for creative, is detail oriented, has high quality standards and is capable of managing complexity across numerous stakeholders to deliver results on time with excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Strategy & Production

  • Serve as day to day contact with creative agency / partners
  • Own comprehensive digital strategy and provide strategic guidance for local market executions
  • Lead content development in partnership with external agencies to support key launches
  • Liaise with local digital marketing teams to identify content gaps or requests and deliver with quarterly evergreen content shoots
  • Identify production efficiencies to streamline budget maintenance and work in tandem with procurement and production consultants to ensure right spend model is in play
  • Project manage workstreams from briefing through post production and ensure all content is being upload to Coty DAM
  • Develop fiscal year objectives, priorities and briefs for digital asset production
  • Review local adaptations of global creative for all marketing programs (excluding Wall and Display) to ensure they are aligned with brand equity
  • Provide local owned site guidance and quarterly asset refresh recommendation to markets

POS Strategy

  • Serve as day to day contact with creative agency / partners
  • Lead POS and Display development in partnership with internal creative teams and external agencies to support all fiscal year launches
  • In partnership with global innovation team, lead external agency briefings of key launches and new shade collections
  • Partner with local POS Design counterparts to ensure consistency of all creative across in-store and media

Budget Management

  • Work in tandem with Global Brand Director on budget submissions for POS, Digital and Influencer Marketing
  • Participate in monthly forecasting meetings
  • Raise and track POs in internal budget tracker

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)

  • 4-year Undergraduate Degree
  • 4-6 years of Marketing and/or Digital experience
  • Proficiency in adobe creative suite strongly preferred
  • Beauty experience very strongly preferred
  • Deep, unrelenting passion for Beauty
  • Eye for detail in both qualitative and quantitative aspects
