Social Media Account Manager
We are seeking a Social Media Manager, specializing in Facebook and Influencer marketing, who is passionate about digital marketing and has an eagerness to stay in the loop on the latest trends, capabilities, and platforms. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years experience in paid media and influencer marketing management. You will be responsible for furthering our clients' online reach with performance marketing campaigns that drive conversions and follower growth. This is a hands-on position responsible for building calendars, posting, partnering with the creative team and helping guide the social strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client: Speak to clients on 2-3 weekly calls managing client expectations, and fulfilling their ongoing needs while communicating effectively with their team and ours.
- Manage and develop Facebook ad content/copy curation and ensure ad accounts are hitting set KPIs
- Develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy that will drive awareness, grow and inspire followers, and increase engagement
- Report out data and strategy suggestions to team in weekly meetings
- Work with internal client relations and content teams to share insights and opportunities cross channel
- Assists with best practices and engagement techniques for social advertising; ensuring our campaigns are smart, effective, and efficient
- Write and recommend optimized ad copy and creative content for Facebook/Instagram ads
- Lead Ads team on developing and executing account optimization including but not limited to audience targeting, ad creative, bidding strategies, bid optimizations, and ad placement settings
- Participate in team meetings by logging channel performance compared to KPIs, and testing highlights
- Ongoing management of budget and pacing compare to forecast
- Build out social calendars and schedule postings
- Track and monitor social responses while flagging any issues or opportunities during community management
We Are Looking For People Who
- 3 – 4 years of digital marketing experience working in paid and organic social media.
- High attention to detail, and excellent proofreading, writing, and editing skills
- A deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, google pixels, Audience Targeting, A/B testing, lead generation, the conversion funnel, and data management
- An ability to work collaboratively to solve problems
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective internal/external relations
- Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment highly preferred
- Evaluate current social media performance and recommend emerging channels and approaches
- Help lead the creation of visually appealing, multimedia content that can be used across social channels
- Work as a vital part of our creative process partnering with the creative team
- Manage social analytics and report on traffic, conversion, channel growth and competitive analysis
- Identify and procuring up and coming social “influencers” to partner with on key initiatives
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- BA or BS degree in Communications, Business or Marketing related major
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
