DYPER is an early-stage, digitally-native CPG company in the Baby Care Industry whose mission is governed by making better diapers for parents, babies, and the planet. DYPER is backed by impact Venture Capital investors who believe in our mission. With that, we are seeking an Influencer Marketing Growth Manager who is eager to disrupt the diaper industry and who wants to do their part in saving the planet.

The Influencer Marketing Growth Manager will be directly responsible for launching and scaling DYPER’s Influencer Marketing Program. This individual must have a passion for Influencer Marketing and an appetite for staying on top of the latest trends, platforms, and tools – along with the ability to spot compelling content and the ability to translate analytics into best-in-class marketing strategies. The role will also develop and execute content strategies for branded social media channels, as well as execute point-in-time campaigns and projects.

What you will accomplish:

  • Build & scale DYPER's Influencer Marketing Program into a customer acquisition growth engine from the ground up
  • Identify, recruit and activate influencers (micro & mega) who align with DYPER’s brand ethos and values (via enhanced tools such as Mavrk)
  • Lead contract negotiation with talent or agents/manager, ensuring clear scope of work, alignment on timeline and deliverables
  • Maintain list of key influencers for seeding and develop ongoing promotional strategies to ensure a solid roster of opportunities that align to brand objectives and values
  • Analyze, measure, and report on all influencer activities during and after all engagements to evaluate value and optimize for campaign conversions
  • Build actionable plans to grow and maintain followers across current and prospective social media channels while maintaining brand authenticity and engagement
  • Generate collect and analyze metrics to identify trends and themes, optimize program strategy and content, and prepare social media reports monthly

Who you are:

  • Results-driven self-starter with +4 years of tactical experience growing brands (ie. this isn’t your first rodeo)
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, previous Acquisition Marketing experience preferred
  • Comfortable working autonomously to execute complex projects from start to finish while engaging with cross-functional stakeholders as needed
  • No stranger to wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment (we're going FAST)
  • Ability to flex your right and left brains – you can negotiate paid content partnerships and can also manage analytical reporting & metrics
  • Natural storyteller and creative writer who understands our brand’s DNA, voice and aesthetics
  • Driven by compassion and integrity, keeping the values and mission of DYPER as a focus
