About the Role:
Power is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support our increasing hiring needs. As we continue to grow our team and our overall product offerings, we’re looking for a talented individual who can support our hiring efforts for diverse talent with agility and speed. In this role, you will work with Recruitment and HR to support highly engaged hiring managers staff their teams to achieve business goals.
You will be responsible for the organization of our ATS system (Talent Hub) and keeping candidates moving through the process in a timely manner. You will correspond with candidates and hiring managers to make sure candidates receive quick feedback and next steps. You will assist with sourcing and finding creative ways to attract the best talent across the U.S.

Responsibilities:
- Support high-volume recruitment through candidate sourcing, profile management, candidate correspondence, and interview coordination and follow up
- Proactively identify and tap into diverse talent networks to expand Power’s talent reach and visibility
- Support positive candidate experience, and guide candidates through the pipeline with speed and accuracy
- Properly manage candidates and guide hiring managers through proper systems using Talent Hub
- Schedule interviews and balance calendars for interviewers and candidates
- Support with initial applicant screening
- Support recruitment team with administrative duties
- Collaborate and coordinate with external recruiter as and when necessary
- Actively participate and identify opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Prepare, post, and manage job ads within Talent Hub
- Draft, maintain and manage the offer letter process
- Provide ad hoc reporting as requested by Recruiter, HR, VPs and the Executive Team
- Provide overall support for special projects as requested
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (i.e. interview cancellations or reschedules)
