The Role
Our ideal candidate will provide white glove service in supporting the day-to-day sourcing and execution of Influencer campaigns across channels in addition to being a brand storyteller and community builder.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communications with Influencers under the direction of Sr. Manager
- Support the team with Influencer campaigns, including but not limited to sourcing influencers, managing campaigns, overseeing all influencer relationships, and fulfillment of product requests and Influencer gifting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on key product launches and brand campaigns
- Monitor, track and report on content quality & performance
- Liaise with creative, brand, and paid marketing teams
- Conceptualize and collect all influencer content to work w/ editors on crafting creative UGC focused ads including unboxing, testimonials, mash-ups, etc
- Report on success and learnings from Influencer campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with new social trends and competitive research
What You Bring To The Table
- 2-3 years marketing experience
- At least 1 year of influencer marketing experience
- Prior experience in relationship building with influencers
- Prior experience w/ instagram campaigns; Youtube and TikTok is a plus
- Proficient in Excel, Google Slides & Docs
- Strong ability to identify and track relevant KPIs focused on achieving teams monthly and quarterly goals
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Strong time management and communication skills
