Backend Engineer, TikTok Ads Creativity & Ecosystem

The TikTok Ads Creativity & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users.

Responsibilities:
- Build the TikTok Ads Creative Ecosystem with creative auto generation, creative understanding and delivery optimization, partner business API, TikTok influencer marketing-related platforms and etc.
- Understand product objectives, help develop a user-friendly platform to fully meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of data structure and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Python, Go, Java, C++.
- Familiar with the entire software development life cycle including product discussion, research and analysis (demand and supply side) , document writing, system design, coding, testing, etc.
- Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving.
