Account Manager, Influencer Marketing (Awareness)

Responsibilities
- Research and develop project plans, strategies, business pitches to clients, timelines, and status reports for internal and client needs
- Help to build, execute, and secure repeat business for a variety of clients
- Know the status of each client, campaign, influencers, and their needs
- Manage communication for both external clients and internal stakeholders
- Building strong client relationships so that needs are met
- Manage the workflow of team projects to/from multiple departments, including the traffic of materials to/from the client to ensure deadlines
- Creates documents, briefs, reports, and versions for both external clients and internal
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
- This is largely an office-based, standard-hours role, although when deadlines approach extra hours will be expected to ensure the success of a campaign
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in account management required
- Entertainment and/or gaming industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with influencers and social media platforms
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and to get the job done
- Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience
- Strong communications skills in person, in writing, and on the telephone – with clients, managers, and team
- Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
- Ability to work in a team, but also independently when needed
- Ability to take a “hands-on” approach with respect to client materials and product
- Flexible, committed, and punctual
- Able to stay calm, friendly, and professional under pressure in a busy environment
- Effective management and supervisory skills
- Ability to read and interpret data to inform decision making
- Strategic problem solver
- Strong Microsoft suite and Slack skills required
