Program Manager, Talent Engagement
The Facebook Entertainment Partnerships team is seeking a Program Manager to develop successful partnerships and programs with public figures. This role will be an important part of Facebook's new Talent Engagement team, and will work on multiple projects simultaneously across all areas of the company. The goal will be to package partner opportunities from across the company for our partners.
The role will require the individual to develop a more scaled market approach globally, and create compelling programs that drive adoption of our platforms & products. This position requires deep experience and knowledge of the talent & marketing industry, as well as excellent stakeholder influence. The individual will also collaborate with the wider Facebook marketing team and push the overall agenda of the organization forward.
The right person will effectively lead both strategy and execution, and should be analytical and creative. They are willing to dive in and lead some of the day-to-day work to set strategy, up level internal and external relationships and provide operational oversight.Program Manager, Talent Engagement Responsibilities
- Drive Facebook’s growth and engagement through strategic programs and partnerships.
- Packaging opportunities for partners, including assist in company-wide Talent Booking.
- Work cross functionally with leadership across Marketing, Communications and various Public Figure Verticals.
- Triage and resolve high priority Crisis Management for unmanaged partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in the entertainment or tech industry at a talent agency, publicity firm, talent management or influencer marketing company.
- Experience thinking strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple projects and objectives.
- Proven organizational skills and experience setting priorities, problem solving and multitasking.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA or BS degree.
- Track record of influencing stakeholder at various levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders and external stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with high level talent and their representatives.
- Experience managing projects and communications across a global organization.
- Track record of influencing others through self-developed, data-driven narratives.
