The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global Demand Generation Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:- Partner with Global Business team on development of annual integrated B2B Marketing Plan, including key priorities, new product introductions, target market segments.
- Oversee end-to-end integrated programs that are used for end user campaigns, leveraged for channel partner tactics and sales enablement, which ultimately drives targeted leads and attributed revenue to the PSD business.
- Manage demand generation team to develop global campaign strategy for top 14 countries based on given verticals / portfolios with PSD’s strategic creative agencies
- Lead development and management of Global campaign toolkits, including:
- Campaign strategy (business challenge, objective, reason to believe, target person, creative testing)
- Creative Assets: Videos, Photos & Visuals, Animations, Social media assets
- Digital Experiences: Website, Landing Pages, Email, Marketing Automation
- Media Planning Strategy: Audience targeting, Account-Based Marketing, tactical mix
- Channel and Sales Enablement: Brochures, Sell Sheets, Social Selling, Presentations
- Take responsibility for activation and always-on KPI’s, optimizing key metrics (thought the funnel from leads to ROI) and supervise Demand Generation Team to reach these KPI’s.
- Ensure alignment across multiple teams involved with the integrated program. Project manage multiple stakeholders including global segment leaders & portfolio leaders, area segment & portfolio leaders, channel leader, content leader, UX leader, ISS leader, and demand generation executional teams
- Manage partnerships with creative, media, PR, and other agencies; managing from briefing through execution, on time and on budget
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise and best practice sharing to business and country marketing teams on key integrated marketing specializations: digital marketing, social media, content strategy, marketing automation, account-based marketing, lead generation, media planning and buying, influencer marketing, sales enablement, messaging and campaign strategy
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Ten (10) combined years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and/or marketing communications in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Five years (5) of direct management experience
- One (1) year experience working in global marketing
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Prior experience launching integrated marketing campaigns, tracking metrics to evaluate effective tied to business plan
- Proven experience solving and communicating complex marketing strategies to cross-functional teams. Must be able to organize large amounts of information and track and meet many competing deadlines
- Project and stakeholder management required
- Prior experience writing creative briefs
- Proven analytical skillset required (goal setting, meeting KPIs, tracking performance)
Travel: May include up to 10%
