Responsibilities

As the Customer Experience & Events Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the customer care team, catering & events, social media content and partnerships. This position will report directly to the Digital Arts Director.

DIGITAL ADS and PERFORMANCE

  • Google Ads and Keywords
  • Facebook Ads
  • Copywriting of Ads/Call to action (including budgeting, pinterest ads, etc.)

EMAIL MARKETING

  • Develop and create email marketing campaign flows.
  • Track progress of campaigns and click-through rates

CONTENT CREATION/SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Photography and videography
  • Copywriting (Add/supplement social presence)

DIGITAL DESIGN

  • Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Lightroom
  • Graphic Design for Instagram and web design

This position will also require supporting the marketing team with relevant tasks, learning new platforms and supporting company influencer marketing campaigns.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills for working with the general public.
  • Must be a team player and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of social media and G-Suite platforms.
  • Photography and videography experience required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Organization and extreme attention to detail.
  • Must have a laptop and ability to travel between different locations.
