Compensation: $40 to $50 Hourly

Our client, a gaming company, is seeking a Community Manager for the marketing communications team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with the gaming publishing team to develop community and influencer strategy long term, build community-related plans for product marketing beats and execute influencer-driven campaigns and initiatives to fulfill the expectation
  • Planning, operation, relationship management, and communications with various influencers and internal team members.
  • Work across internal teams and comm to create the best practices in order to realize company vision.
  • Own and manage relationships across a variety of influencers and community channels
  • Contribute community and influencer focused expertise to go-to-market plans against gaming product beats.
  • Upgrade official influencer support programs in order to increase community content creations and find/recruit new talented influencers.
  • Manage reporting across streaming networks, platforms, and community discussions; including analyzing performance data, industry trends and new opportunities

Musts:

  • 5-7 years of related experience or deep knowledge in digital marketing, preferably with a background in influencer marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and effectively while managing your time based on given priority.
  • Excellent communication skills knowing the best way to communicate with others in specific situations and follow the way.
  • Player-focused, ideal candidate is a player themself, and you know all the ins and outs of gaming
