Develop, execute and present celebrity and influencer strategies, including both paid and earned programs, for clients (spanning multiple categories including retail, beauty, CPG and more)
Work directly with clients and communicate cross functionally with internal teams
Foster existing and cultivate new relationships with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists, and assistants
Maintain an ongoing awareness of trends in the social media landscape, identifying new celebrity + influencer partnership opportunities
Negotiate contracts
Manage paid programs from start to finish
Mentor and manage junior team members
Understand social campaign analytics, and be able to confidently analyze and storytell around data

Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of direct experience with influencer marketing
Extensive experience working across all social media platforms
Excellent relationships with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists, and assistants
Experience with booking talent for events, social campaigns
Experience casting traditional ad campaigns a plus
Experience with celebrity dressing
Ability to perform within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting and have a passion for the entertainment industry and pop culture
Attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Knowledge of best practices and innovative thinking around diversity and inclusion efforts in a marketing context
Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field preferred
