Clutch is looking for a Marketing Manager to interview for a new opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Brand advocate for U.S. market, with ability to raise U.S. market needs to the larger North American Brand & Communications Team
  • Contribute to the development of a clear and effective communication strategy focused on strengthening B2B & B2C brand awareness in USA, in collaboration with senior marketing team for North America
  • Develop, manage, and execute strategic PR initiatives with external PR agency.
  • In collaboration with PR agency and Senior Manager, support Influencer Marketing Program for North America - researching new influencer opportunities, negotiating new contracts and tracking/monitoring overall Influencer Marketing program.
  • In conjunction with other cross-functional team members & departments, publish compelling, high quality materials for intended audiences ensuring consistent messaging & tone
  • Manage events from idea inception through to completion and report on results / ROI. Market and promote events through strategic, integrated marketing tactics.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and maintain BLANCO North America’s email marketing strategy and expand email subscriber list
  • Monitor and ensure email marketing compliance with relevant CASL, anti-spam and privacy regulations for both USA and Canada.
  • Active contributor in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on effectiveness.
  • Create a wide range of marketing materials in collaboration with Brand & Communications Team, including assistance with photoshoots and video filming.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant cross-functional teams are informed of marketing activities.
  • Analyze potential strategic partnerships for building brand awareness in US market.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of marketing, communications, or PR experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required
  • Experience developing content for B2B & B2C audiences, bonus is you have experience in the retail space or consumer packaged goods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable writing press releases, brochure & catalogue copy, product descriptions, landing pages & blog content
  • Exceptional proofreading & editing skills
  • Proficient in Excel, advanced PowerPoint. Ability to develop effective, visually dynamic decks
  • Familiarity with workflow software (Asana, Wrike, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized with strong project management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Team player and a strategic thinker who can take initiative
  • Experience in working within a multi-business unit and cross-functional organization
  • Experience in content marketing, brand positioning
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Comfortable working in a remote team setting
  • A passion for interior design and general knowledge of design trends
  • Bilingual English & French is a bonus
  • International team & brand experience is a bonus
