Responsibilities
Job Summary
Support the Brand Connections team to promote the Express brand and its merchandise to the consumer via social media in line with the objectives and goals of the brand.
Primary Responsibilities
- Help manage the social media editorial calendar, working with the Social Media Sr. Specialist, Copy and Creative teams to produce content
- Work with Social Media Coordinator on daily publishing across social platforms using content scheduling platforms (Khoros and Curalate) and coordinating support with night and weekends freelancer
- Collaborate with Social Media Coordinator for UGC and influencer content moderation for paid and organic use.
- Work with Influencer Marketing Specialist to recruit top UGC content creators to the brand ambassador program
- Track content usage across programs and platforms adhering to legal best practices
- Liaison between brand and social media agency for brand love responses
- Support Customer Service Social Media Specialist and customer service agency with brand and product information, training materials, and ad hoc requests
- Responsible for maintaining customer service response matrix in collaboration with Copy and Customer Service Social Media Coordinator
- Respond to brand love and escalated customer service comments from followers as needed and during off hours
- Pulling and analyzing platforms’ reporting & analytics with oversight from the Sr. Specialist, Social Media. Candidate should have experience with Adobe Analytics, Facebook Insights, Khoros and/or similar programs
- Assist Sr. Specialist, Social Media with the development of weekly recaps, quarterly reports and monthly highlights for HQ distribution
- Responsible for competitive benchmarking in coordination with social media agency
- Identifying areas for improvement within the department and proposing new KPIs and approaches to meet business goals

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience: 3-4 years social media experience, preferably with experience managing multiple projects in a corporate environment
Desired Qualifications
- Requires an ability to interface with multiple levels of management and departments
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Robust knowledge of social media marketing
- Digital literacy skills required; Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) Familiarity with social monitoring and publishing tools (Khoros, Curalate) is a plus
- Must be organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects
- Self-motivated; able to own projects and execute in a timely manner
- Global cultural awareness and sophisticated fashion sense and style required
