Form Health is telehealth for adults with obesity, a chronic excess weight disease.
Obesity impacts more than 40% of the US adult population, but only about 1% of patients receive medical treatment for their disease. Form Health makes research-based treatment available to adults through the convenience of telehealth, including long-term care from a physician and dietitian and medication when appropriate.
Founded in Boston in 2019 with a public launch in early 2020, Form Health is a venture-backed startup with an experienced team and product-market fit. We're building for growth: onboarding more patients, building better tools for our clinicians and partners, and scaling our team while maintaining a high bar for patient success.
Our team works remotely and is distributed across the US, although we do plan to have a Boston-area office later in 2021 or 2022 for those who need it.

The Opportunity
As Form's Marketing Manager you will play an integral role in driving acquisition and growth for our direct-to-consumer and B2B channels. As a member of the marketing team, you will take part in the strategy and execution of our social media channels, email marketing campaigns, as well as website optimizations and testing. You will support all marketing efforts reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute content calendars for social, email, and blog informing testing strategy and optimization.
- Analyze and report on past and present performance for all marketing channels, informing optimizations and testing opportunities.
- Own and grow patient review and testimonial programs driving validation for prospective patients.
- Work closely with the creative team to execute on digital and print assets.
- Help manage the website, including but not limited to; content development, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Hold a deep understanding of social platforms and algorithms and use that to drive day-to-day publishing and content strategy execution.
- Support the testing of new acquisition channels, including but not limited to print, display, podcasts, influencer marketing, PR, conferences & events.
- Provide prospective patient support through website chat & contact form, social media messages, and email outreach.
- Partner with external agencies and freelancers to execute marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams in order to execute programs successfully.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of progressive direct-to-consumer marketing experience.
- Knowledge of marketing principles & strategies and a track record of driving results.
- Experience with and comfortable learning marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management software such as Iconosquare, and/or email marketing platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excitement for a startup environment; prior startup experience a plus.
- Industry knowledge of direct-to-consumer HealthTech a plus.
- Located near Boston, MA.
