The role: The Director, Marketing requires a strong marketing aptitude, including strategic direction setting, campaign conceptualization, and communication strategy development. This role will Partner closely with the Vice President, Marketing and executive team, working closely to craft and execute offline and digital marketing strategy and creative brand building initiatives. Specific responsibilities include directing and assisting with the development of Groups360’s marketing policies and objectives, overseeing market research and the design of marketing plans for specific products and services.
What you will do:
- Manage marketing department, including development and distribution of all marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with Business Development/strategic partnerships and across marketing functions, to ensure the development and delivery of the most effective and efficient programs across all markets.
- Monitor business metrics including marketing spend, and profitability to optimize online strategies; reviews changes in the marketplace and recommends marketing strategy to the top management.
- Foster cross-functional support, buy-in and collaboration across the organization to execute marketing initiatives and build the brand.
- Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
- Create and iterate on metric modeling (e.g., CPL, CAC to LTV, funnel conversion percentages, etc.)
- Participate actively in new business initiatives including planning and pitch presentations.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies to expand Groups360’s reach within its current customer base.
- Manage development of effective collateral material, including the design of proposals, firm brochure, practice/office/industry brochures, client alerts, newsletters, and announcements.
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a closely related field.
- 10+ years diverse marketing experience; digital marketing technologies and strategies including website development, ecommerce, mobile applications, SEO, SEM, B2B marketing and content management.
- Solid understanding of influencer marketing and how to build integrated marketing programs.
- Demonstrated ability in building, mentoring, inspiring and coaching a team.
- Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous projects.
- Advanced CRM platform experience (i.e. Salesforce.com).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint,
- Proficiency in InDesign & Illustrator.

Core Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F; these hours may vary depending upon your position and work requirements.
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
