Compensation: $56,700 to $122,700 Annually

We’re looking for a Manager, Digital to join our growing team to help us build and execute digital marketing solutions for our clients in social media, influencer, website, CRM, and digital platforms. You will manage the day-to-day activation of digital programs for an established list of clients, working closely with Client Service, Production, Creative, and our client partners. We’re looking for someone who has experience executing digital programs, is collaborative, a critical thinker, has strong client service skills, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and is highly organized. No two programs we develop are the same; the ideal candidate is constantly learning, stays on top of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape, and is willing to bring fresh ideas and approaches to their work.

Qualifications:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of digital solutions, in collaboration with Client Service, Production, Creative, our clients, and client agency partners. Represent digital discipline in all aspects of program development and activation, participate in internal and client meeting and presentations. Effectively and proactively manage internal and client expectations and ensure executional excellence in our work.
  • Leverage expertise in digital marketing to support as a digital expert on accounts within an assigned portfolio, providing guidance and counsel to Client Service and our clients. Support Client Service to crystallize client needs and opportunities.
  • Effectively manage deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with Client Service and other cross-functional teams. Proactively communicate issues and help arbitrate/solve client and business problems, offer solutions and consultation.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Measurement and Analytics team on program measurement planning, reporting, and key learnings and recommendations. Conduct work with a results-focused approach in order to drive a measurable impact on clients’ business.
  • Remain current on digital channels, platforms, best practices, and trends, and share knowledge within Mosaic and with our clients. Support the evolution of Mosaic’s digital service offering and help drive the team’s vision forward internally and with our clients.
  • Contribute to the scoping of digital planning and activation, in collaboration with digital leadership, Client Service and Finance. Consult on assessing estimates to actuals for digital deliverables, and recalibrate or escalate as necessary. Responsible for time tracking to projects and digital-specific administrative and process tasks, as well as delegating to others as required.
  • Support Creative, Production, and Client Service on production and execution of digital program elements and provide guidance on digital channel, content, and format best practices. Support in the creative brief development and briefing process.
  • Experience with activating integrated marketing solutions across one or more of the following digital channels: social media, influencer marketing, and digital platforms. Additional digital experience with websites, CRM, eCommerce or other digital channels a bonus.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully executing digital campaigns and contributing to the development of communications plans, content strategy, and digitally-led experience activation plans. Experience in any of the following categories a bonus: alcoholic beverages, consumer-packaged goods, and lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent project manager, highly organized, responsible, and a self-starter with a bias to action.
  • Excellent client relations, including providing counsel and expertise to both mid and senior level clients. Comfortable doing so in both planned as well as proactive and spontaneous situations. Demonstrated ability to effectively present to clients and internal stakeholders, as part of a team or independently.
  • Experience delegating tasks, and setting and managing expectations for the work we produce amongst more junior members of the team.
  • Consulting and influencing skills, strategic thinking, championing a strong vision, and acting as a change agent.
  • A curious nature and desire to understand consumer needs and motivations, and deep understanding of all things digital – channels, trends, technology, and more. Ability to provide digital thought leadership within agency and with clients, and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Business operations and financial acumen. Contribute to scopes and budgets in conjunction with other team members, as well as work with procurement, risk, and legal on partner and vendor relationships. Proficiency in managing agency and client resources: people, time, and money.
  • Operates with a degree of independence, but knows when to rely on own judgment and when to seek advice of supervisor and other team members.
  • Demonstrates initiative in identifying and proposing enhanced ways to advance team, agency, and client interests.
  • Challenge direction and the status quo, and seek alternate perspectives and approaches in developing effective integrated marketing strategies.
  • Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department. May contribute to business or operational decisions that affect the department.
  • Problems are varied, requiring analysis or interpretation of the situation. Problems are solved using knowledge and skills, general precedents and practices.
  • Work progress is monitored by supervisor/manager. Follows precedents and procedures. May set priorities and organize work within general guidelines established by supervisor/manager who is available to solve problems.
  • Has the authority to direct or oversee the employee’s daily work activities. Does not have authority to undertake or recommend the following employment actions: hiring, termination, corrective action and performance reviews.
  • Assist in planning, monitoring and/or managing budget in functional area of department.
  • Has frequent contact with others outside of workgroup, both inside and outside Acosta. Results have major implications on the management and operations of an area within a department.
