The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team in scaling our network of micro-gyms, digital products, and professional services across North America. You will manage all marketing initiatives and platforms; including web, social media, influencer marketing, email, PR communications, and local media engagement. You will keep our website, blog, and social media platforms up to date, whilst ensuring all marketing material aligns with our brand identity.

As Marketing Manager you will:

Market Strategy & Execution:

  • Conduct competitor research and analysis to identify target audience & market and define competitive advantage
  • Develop a cohesive marketing strategy and execution plan from brand launch to long-term achievement of audience engagement, trust, and increased brand awareness and revenue
  • Institute surveys that will provide greater insights on key product performance and feedback to the engineering & design teams
  • Create push notifications that can further inform users and trainers of key happening and increase sales
  • Work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies and yearly marketing initiatives for Silofit Partners across marketing touch points
  • Create email marketing campaigns in Hubspot by aligning with the Growth & Sales teams to develop workflows for every step of the customer journey

Web & Social Media Management:

  • Position and manage all client marketing collaterals and messaging
  • Maintain and develop creative content for our blog that will support sales initiatives and business news
  • Work with the Creative Director to develop and manage the aesthetic and content of the website, while coordinating with 3rd party developers
  • Work with the Growth Manager to create content and ads used to promote physical and digital products
  • Coordinate the production of content for clients, as well as promotional material used in social media posts or web
  • Work with the Social Media Specialist to manage content strategy and calendar, including posting schedule and community engagement plan
  • Grow and engage social media audience and brand reputation across all platforms
  • Manage live classes with clients to promote Silofit and create a sense of community

Partnerships & Collaborations:

  • Collaborate with the Brand & Growth teams, and external partners to ensure a unified brand voice across all channels
  • Manage the relationship with our PR agency, including strategy development and day-to-day activity such as content pitching, press placement in long and short lead and overall communication across brand announcements
  • Partner in leading experiential marketing and local media initiatives in select cities including brainstorming ideas, getting scrappy and finding innovative ways to bring the brand to life
  • Work with the Creative Director to bring bespoke & collaborative products to retail market

Reporting:

  • Monitor, track and report performance daily, weekly and monthly across all marketing channels
  • Create and presenting marketing initiatives to key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Create, vet, select, brief and monitor performance for influencer marketing campaigns and create reports

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on conversion, brand, community building, and social media
  • Experienced in building a marketing strategy for a startup,including community development
  • Proven development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns
  • Demonstrated collaboration with copywriters, designers, and content producers to consistently optimize performance
  • Expert knowledge of multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV).
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, split tests and conversion data
  • Knowledge of marketing data analytics and attribution platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and 3rd party attribution platforms
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for aesthetics
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • An itch for solving problems, learning, and finding innovative ways to approach challenges
  • Passionate about fitness and wellbeing
  • Knowledge of sustainability considered a plus
