At Nations Photo Lab, we believe every moment matters. Since 2005, Nations Photo Lab has been preserving our customers' memories in the form of long-lasting, archival photo products. To assist the company in its current growth, Nations Photo Lab is hiring a full-time Brand Marketing Manager to manage our social media strategy, build our influencer marketing program, and develop partnerships with key stakeholders. The ability to craft a brand story across social platforms is vital for this position. Joining a small, creative, fast-paced team, this position reports directly to the Director of Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and create social media content for Facebook, Instagram (including Reels & Live), Pinterest, Twitter, and emerging brand platforms, such as TikTok
  • Develop strategy and deliverables for brand ambassador & influencer campaigns, including vetting talent, ordering product, and measuring success
  • Assist Lifecycle Marketing Manager with writing blog posts and web landing pages, optimizing the written and visual content on our website
  • Define channel KPIs and measurement practices, analytics, and reporting methods to assess channel performance
  • Assist on product photo and video shoots, as needed
  • Explore new channels and other marketing initiatives to drive growth, as assigned

You Are:

  • A passionate & multi-faceted marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience
  • Someone who knows the ins and outs of all major social media platforms, with the curiosity to tackle anything new & emerging
  • A writer who can match brand tone and voice to tell our incredible brand story
  • A self-starter with proven experience of driving projects from conception to completion
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a possessor of an “eagle eye” when it comes to proofing
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at the same time without breaking a sweat
  • Collaborative, inquisitive, and great at finding creative solutions with the team

This position is currently remote due to COVID-19, but, when deemed safe to return, will be located in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
