Role Overview

This position is instrumental in supporting our influencer and partnerships program. This role will consist of discovering influencers across various markets that we can bring into our V1 Community Influencer Program. Additionally, this candidate will help create strategies as to how we can activate with influencers across various channels in the business including Actv Club, community activations, blog content development, digital advertising, product feedback and affiliate marketing. This position will also assist with the execution of influencer events and gifting initiatives. The influencer marketing coordinator will own and organize all gifting requests for influencers, collaborators and affiliates and handle shipments accordingly while monitoring the success of our gifting efforts through various reporting tools.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Reaching out to new influencers for gifting and/or a la carte content opportunities, establishing new relationships, securing them as part of the Vuori Influencer Program. Responsible for the product gifting process from start to finish (placing orders in Full Circle, personalization of gifting, packing and shipping product in branded boxes and tracking progress). Coordinate all collaborator, influencer and affiliate requests. Monitor posting status of influencers and collaborators with tracking tools. Identify new groups of influencers to work with as a collaborator or addition to our community program. Assist with the coordination of all influencer events. Assist with retail store influencer events. Own inbound V1 Community Influencer Program submissions. Maintain database organization and assist with seeding schedules aligned with editorial calendar.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in influencer marketing required. Basic knowledge of project management and reporting tools preferred. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes. Strong organizational skills and follow through skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
