SR. MGR, COMMUNITY & PARTNERSHIPS

The Senior Manager, Community & Partnerships will oversee the daily execution of social media, influencer and community partnership marketing programs to drive new customer acquisition and retention for the Ashley HomeStore (AHS) brand.

Primary Responsibilities

include the strategy, planning and execution of all community outreach campaigns to drive business profitability. This includes (but is not limited to) organic social media content and platforms, influencer partnerships, and community efforts through partnerships with sports teams, media vendors, festivals, etc. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the areas aforementioned and the employees working in these roles. In addition, the Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, merchandising, finance, and business intelligence to lead and/or execute strategic projects for the AHS brand. The successful candidate will embody and work to reinforce the Dufresne Spencer Group’s Core Values.
