We are looking for a Creator Success Operations Coordinator who will be focusing on the day to day tasks we have in the company. Reporting to the Creator Success team leader, you will be facing internal and external communication with different teams in the company and with external clients (talent agencies).

About The Role

• Curate, qualify and service potential streamers that are eligible to activate sponsorship campaigns
• Coordinate, set-up and onboard creators to our platform
• Engage with talent organizations in the ecosystem and build relationships in order to establish our brand and solutions and help drive business results
• Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams and departments
• Command all technical knowledge around the platform tools and features, and use it to give the best customer support in the industry
• Work closely with our CRM system, making sure data is being constantly updated and organized in the system
• Generate new ideas and drive continual internal operational optimization of workflows and processes (error identification, internal communication identification, automation needs)
  
  

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, ability to take initiative and manage expectations while working with various stakeholders
• Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, highly motivated, hardworking, proactive, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of how to spot urgent issues, and adjust as you work
• 1 or more additional languages: German/French/Spanish - a plus
• Experience working with MS Excel - a plus
• A passion for gaming, especially knowledge with the Twitch ecosystem - a plus
• Experience working with talent/influencer agencies - a plus
