Account Coordinator - Miami, FL
The right candidate is organized and a team leader with experience in digital strategy and reporting. The account coordinator manages influencer relations and brand activations for clients. The right candidate is forward-thinking, has command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, and experience with luxury brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- manage events: pre, during, post
- assist with new business
- research client competitors, best practices, industry trends
- support senior staff across all client activities as needed
- assist in driving, organizing and executing strategies and initiatives
- assist with client communication
- assist with influencer marketing and events
- prepare tracking documents and call agendas
- compile monthly client reports outlining all account activity
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of experience in digital strategy, events, influencer marketing
- will bring dynamic, creative insight into the agency through personal contacts network and interests
-experience with luxury brands (bonus: experience in NY or LA)
- proficient in Facebook Ad Manager and Excel
- strong understanding of analytics and KPI reporting.
- excellent english writing/grammar
- ability to take direction, multitask, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
