Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day website, including updating site content, pricing, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Develop best practices in eCommerce as it relates to the end consumer; drive conversions and increase AOV. Responsible for meeting planned annual sales goals.
- Responsible for consumer experience through the purchase funnel, from awareness to trial to repeat/engagement. Continually optimize the experience to increase consumer satisfaction, conversion, and sales. Translate online data into actionable consumer insights.
- Project manage 3rd party vendors to maintain general operations of the website.
- Manage performance advertising, either in-house or through an agency including Facebook, Google, Affiliate, and Influencer marketing.
- Develop our AB Testing roadmap to reduce friction in the customer lifecycle funnel.
- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners.
- Research industry trends, leading the e-commerce teams to vet new software products, optimize existing ones, test, learn, and capitalize on opportunities.
- Work with Social Media coordinator to plan social and email marketing campaigns. Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for user acquisition growth.
- Work with Customer Support to gauge and ensure high customer fulfillment metrics.
- Audit 3PL vendor for cost accuracy. Evaluate alternate 3PL providers to lower costs and increase fulfillment metrics.
- Monitor competitive websites and track developments in the industry.
- Any other projects/tasks as assigned
Experience
& Skills
- Shopify & woo-commerce store management
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns
- Advanced understanding ofFacebook, Google, Affiliate, and Influencer marketing.
- An understanding of E-Commerce technology, mobile media, search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
- Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills. Able to provide information thoroughly and accurately
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, command multiple projects, and effectively determine priorities.
- Proficient in Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
