What We’re Looking For

We are adding a key member of the eCommerce Digital Marketing team. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will manage our social media ads. This person will own our online presence by showcasing our products to drive revenue in paid, organic and influencer marketing. This person is a data-driven performance marketer who also understands the critical role brand marketing has in the social media space.

Daily, they will work on ensuring we are impeccably planning and executing organic and paid social within our evergreen and promotional campaigns, while delivering the highest return on media investments and executing our organic social strategy. This person is expected to report on ROAS,

This candidate should have an analytic mindset, be in pursuit of constant optimization, possess a high attention to detail, and have an appetite for innovation.

To Summarize, You Will

  • Work with the Director of Digital Marketing by partnering with the inventory management, eCommerce, and customer service teams to create and execute social media strategy.
  • Develop and manage paid social media ad campaigns and social media calendars that align with the promotional marketing calendar and ad hoc campaigns as needed by inventory or opportunity
  • Work daily on the optimization of campaigns
  • Test new audience segmentation and advertising personas
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing with creative, messaging, CTA, optimization and more
  • Write copy for social media accounts
  • Report on success and performance (weekly and monthly reports on KPIs, web traffic and ROAS) across a variety of platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon Marketplace, and new channels as they emerge
  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to measuring social media and content performance
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop a quarterly competitive analysis
  • Develop influencer strategy, guardrails, and processes
  • Drive innovation & new channel expansion
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies, and be an early adopter of social media trends and technology bringing new ideas to the table
  • Manage our budget to ensure we are pacing according to plan to optimize our spend
  • Manage all invoices and payments related to our social media accounts

What You Need For This Position

  • 2-3+ years managing corporate social media
  • Experience with executing paid campaigns in Facebook Business Manager and other native social platforms’ paid media solutions and social media marketing tools
  • Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics and a good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Strong proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website/mobile architecture
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Self-motivated and like to learn new tools and technology
