Senior Manager, Paid Social
SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Social to join the growth team. You will be responsible for scaling our paid social campaigns with a multi-million dollar budget.
You can develop a long-term strategy for the channel and then to roll up your sleeves to optimize and improve the campaigns. You will manage daily campaign optimization, from setup to bidding, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to lead and implement strategic plans for paid social. You will be a critical member of the Growth team and you will closely partner with Product, Creative and Analytics to develop a best-in-class paid social program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, optimize, and analyze our paid social campaigns and develop new strategies to improve existing campaigns.
- Develop and implement a full-funnel strategy for paid social. Lead strategic initiatives to enable the development of new tools and APIs to improve our ad tech stack. Partner with Product and Engineering on post-click experiences that help scale and optimize campaigns.
- Design and build a testing roadmap in partnership with Creative, Analytics, and Product. Continuously test advanced audience targeting via 1st party data and interests.
- Create measurement frameworks to ensure the paid social campaigns are meeting our business goals. Execute incremental lift studies across partners and campaigns.
- Manage our agency for our top of funnel paid social campaigns.
- Write thoughtful creative briefs and partner with the Creative team to produce high performance assets.
- Work closely with cross-channel marketing (e.g., Organic Social, Retention, and Influencer marketing) to plan and launch campaigns.
- Lead partnerships with Paid Social account strategists at Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter.
- Report on performance, strategy, and progress to key stakeholders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

- 5-7 years of experience in managing Paid Social campaigns in-house or at an agency. Experience in B2C, and ecommerce in particular, is preferred.
- Expert in the Facebook Business Manager platform.
- Track record of optimizing campaigns and executing A/B tests to achieve ROAS goals.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, API technology, and automated bidding for Paid Social.
- Ability to function independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
