We
are seeking a dedicated Account Supervisor to join our team and help grow and nurture the relationship with our two favorite media clients. The ideal candidate has experience working on and/or leading the execution of full-funnel paid media campaigns, with an emphasis on social and digital. If you’re a meticulous task manager, a natural-born leader, obsessive about creating incredible work, and adept at forming and strengthening bonds with personalities of all stripes and sorts, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all client communications, maintain and grow the relationship with key brand stakeholders.
  • Act as the glue that holds the internal team together, delegating work, managing timelines and processes.
  • Review and provide POV on all media deliverables ensuring quality and consistency, including plans and reports.
  • Lead media partnerships and collaboration between Laundry Service and external vendors
  • Direct all day-to-day operations on the accounts, including ownership of finances, budgets, pacing, and project scope/staffing plans.
  • Experience leading paid media strategy (in addition to account management) a huge plus!

Requirements

  • 5+ years working on a number of paid media campaigns across social and digital.
  • Experience working on large brands (Fortune 500)
  • Familiarity with managing multiple workstreams
  • Detail focused with strong communication skills persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic
  • A demonstrated passion for and superb understanding of the social and digital landscape
  • Ability to build rapport with senior clients as well as internal stakeholders
  • You can own a room — you have Rockstar presentation skills
  • Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
