Who YOU Are This key Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for ideating, developing, and presenting creative, innovative ideas for the Client Development Teams (Influencer), working with cross functional team across all BEN pillars: music, scripted, unscripted and influencer. As a member of the Client Development organization, this individual will develop proactive proposals and presentations, and work closely with sales team to develop account-specific and category strategies. This highly collaborative role includes engaging with multiple departments, including insights, sales leads, content, talent, and marketing, among others to craft best-in-market opportunities for new business prospects.

Responsibilities

    • Ideation, writing and presentation of integrated marketing proposals with a focus on strategic, creative thinking
    • Lead the overarching ad solutions strategy for portfolio and strategic accounts in the Influencer marketing space.
    • Facilitate communication of ad sales team priorities for packaging in Content team negotiations
    • Develop Proactive Packaging Programs as well as stand-alone influencer integration opportunities

Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing
    • Excellent strength in writing and developing proposals with an eye to detail
    • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in matrixed organizations
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, including large ones, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work independently and co-exist within a team setting
    • Experience working with marketing campaigns and developing marketing strategies
    • Strong knowledge of streaming, digital, video, social, and influencer led platforms and branded content
    • Experienced with basic presentation software, such as Google Slides, Keynote, or PPT
