Job Title: Creators Specialist II
Duties: Team is seeking to hire a Creator Manager to manage the launch and execution of a new initiative to partner with agencies to connect their talent to the platform and empower them to create inspiring content. This position requires an entrepreneurial spirit, out-of-the-box thinking, and a knack for building community. This is an opportunity to work with our top agency partners, a growing community of creators and shape the future of content. We’re looking for all kinds of people. To build an app that’s used and loved by people all around the world, we need a team with all kinds of different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with the Creator Management team to:

  • ○ Create scalable strategies and programs for our agency partners
    ■ Vet, onboard and manage key partners with our Head of I&D, Monetization Lead and Agency Lead to identify, onboard and educate Creators at scale and 1:1
    ■ Build our internal roster of Creators for brand sponsorship opportunities
    ■ Track, analyze, and share key metrics that evaluate program success
    ○ Support Creator Inclusion
    ■ Build a roster of boutique agencies with a focus on representation, identity and verticals to support company’s goal of 50% managed creators coming from underrepresented groups
    ■ Project management of our community-driven moments with a focus on creator content for editorial and social

    Skills: What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of partnership, sales, account management or relevant experience required
  • A critical thinker, with an eye for quality, passion for creators & strong creators awareness
  • A strong communicator with a dynamic personality and an ability to engage diverse audiences
  • A passion for connecting with people and building community
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify problems and create solutions
  • Experience managing complex projects with regular deadlines
  • Experience building decks and presentations
  • Strongly preferred: familiarity with talent agencies, influencer marketing, negotiations
