Overview
The Digital Marketing Professional is responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing digital media to achieve pipeline goals. The primary goals of this position are to increase awareness and drive demand for Trimble Construction Field Technology products and solutions. Our team is focused on bringing digital technologies to the Construction industry, connecting the digital 3D BIM world with the activities that take place at the construction site. Trimble works with Mixed Reality, Robotics, Laser Scanning, Total Stations, GNSS and has a worldwide sales and marketing presence. You must be able to work independently, define creative solutions, and also have a history of success in digital media marketing and paid media experience. As an innovative, results-driven professional, with a proven track record of significant sales growth, you will have a solid understanding of the digital customer experience and excellent paid media optimization skills. The Digital Marketing Professional will work closely with the local sales teams, division marketing teams, and go-to-market partners to execute demand generation and digital media campaign programs, virtual events and channel activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital media marketing campaigns from strategy development, plan execution, relationship development to post-campaign reporting.
- Act as the owner within and outside of marketing; and internal teams on content creation and curation for social media, including managing editorial calendar, writing content and guiding the development of visuals and other creative assets on social platforms. Develop and implement a best-in-class digital media and influencer marketing strategy
- Manage digital media influencer marketing campaigns from strategy development, plan execution, relationship development to post-campaign reporting
- Strategize and execute digital media programs to grow following and engage audience
- Actively test new tools and media channels to innovate and scale programs, with an emphasis on integrated marketing
- Build strong, data driven marketing campaigns to drive engagement and tie in with product specific campaigns
- Collaborate with Field Technologies Group marketing team, local sales teams and top channel partners to drive and execute the marketing strategy and Field Marketing plan focused on meeting or exceeding quarterly pipeline build and progression targets.
- Align and customize global campaigns to fit regional needs. The campaigns will be designed to nurture, engage and convert our prospects as well as drive adoption and cross/up sell for our existing customers.
- Create and execute project campaign timelines and schedules
- Analyze metrics, results and reporting such as conversion statistics and engagement metrics
Preferred Skills/knowledge
- A minimum of 2 years experience with digital marketing is desirable
- Experience executing integrated demand generation programs and measuring their effectiveness with Marketo or similar platforms
- Experience building marketing campaings in LinkedIn is preferred
- Experience with data-driven decision making and campaign optimization
- Experience working with personas and mapping to the buyer’s journey
- Exceptional teammate who has partnered with sales and marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing programs
- Track record of marketing results and strong analytical mindset
