POSITION IS FULL-TIME REMOTE

As Pray’s Manager of Social Media, you will drive this mission forward by managing and moderating our social media accounts, researching relevant social media trends and topics, and producing/posting social media content that faithfully represents the brand. You will craft messaging that feels native to each social media channel, while exhibiting a consistent tone of voice across all channels. You will leverage your knowledge to build a best-in-class social media presence, expressing all facets of our multidimensional brand: empathy, authenticity, inspiration, spirituality, and entertainment. You will carry a consistent tone of voice and messaging strategy through multiple owned channels from product copy to email and web/editorial as needed.
This role enables our brand to be clearly and consistently communicated not only to our members but to the greater community on social media. By producing powerful content that is empathetic, authentic and entertaining to our audience, you will help drive awareness, attract new members, and build brand love.


What you will do:


• Own the strategy and day-to-day management of social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency
• Ideate social media content buckets and creative to grow and maintain follower count and engagement on various social media channels, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snap, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and others
• Work cross functionally to track upcoming content releases, partnerships, B2B and brand marketing initiatives, and use that information to align the social media calendar
• Work cross functionally to create consistent brand voice and messaging across all owned channels (in-app, web, email)


What you need:


• 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Community Management
• BA in English literature, creative writing, marketing communications, advertising, or other relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience and ability with copywriting and creative concept development skills
• Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
• In-depth understanding of influencer marketing, content formats, social media rules and regulations
• Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, FaceBook Analytics, etc.)
• An ability to recognize good design and maintain a consistent aesthetic


What would be nice to have:


• Have a proven track record of owning a multi-channel social media presence for a brand or consumer product.
