Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to be a strategic and tactical leader in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing activities. This position will be focused heavily in social media marketing but also contribute to campaign execution, online ads, email marketing, consumer targeting, SEO & keyword strategy, and affiliate/influencer marketing. This role will work with the other marketing team members in a coordinated approach to bring awareness to and engagement with our products and industry thought leadership.
Responsibilities
· Design and maintain the YouScience social media presence, and ensure cohesive voice, across platforms
· ROI analysis and reporting of channel results
· Execute brand reviews of internal and external collateral and assets
· Aid in campaign execution and measurement
· Assist in curation of monthly reporting
· Develop growth strategies for YouScience retail (direct-to-consumer)
· Contribute to digital campaign elements (SEO, PPC – AdWords)
· Research and synthesize industry and marketing best practices
What You Should Have
· 3-5+ years in a professional marketing role
· 2+ years of social media marketing experience
· History of executing successful digital marketing efforts
· General understanding of SEO, web analytics, and other various benchmark reporting data
· Detail oriented and ability to prioritize multiple projects
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Extra Credit
· History of working with/supporting B2B sales team
· HubSpot knowledge
· Experience with affiliate and/or influencer marketing
· Education industry experience
