The Growth Strategy & Performance team works directly with senior leaders across the Growth and Marketing functions to drive strategic, operational, and cross functional initiatives. The Creative Strategy Manager will work closely with our Performance Marketing team across social channels, landing pages, content and influencers bringing a unique blend of creative expression while understanding the outsized impact creative has on business results. This role will have a deeper knowledge around ad creative metrics, including CTR, CVR and CPA and messaging resonance working within platform and internal tools to understand success. They will work closely with cross functional partners on Marketing and Product having a front seat in crafting and driving Ro’s Growth strategy across multiple verticals. This is a new role giving this person the opportunity to implement and shape this critical function in a growing, ambitious, mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead our short and long-term creative experiment roadmap working closely with Performance Marketing across all digital channels
  • Build out our audience and our influencer marketing strategy driving strategic relationships with influencers and key partners
  • Analyze data and performance of creative using learnings to inform future campaign execution
  • Stay up to date on new platform features and ad units to ensure Ro is an innovator in creating new ad experiences
  • Work closely with Design and Product Marketing to ensure creative executions fit with Ro’s overall brand initiatives and value propositions
  • Effectively prioritize multiple creative projects and iterations so we can focus on the ones that will make the biggest impact on the business and our members
  • Define best creative practices, processes and establish these with cross-functional teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve our process through in-house automation solutions or third-party platforms

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-7 years of experience delivering creative strategy for paid social media with 2-3 years working with influencers/influencer agencies for Direct Response
  • Ability to interpret data to help identify trends and stories to provide recommendations to cross-functional teams
  • Inherent curiosity to learn more and develop experimental campaigns while thinking broadly to help shape big strategic creative ideas

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative, prioritize and work independently as team is builtExcellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing creative production partners and budgets.
  • Experience working and managing 3rd party vendors/tools such as a Data Asset Management system (e.g. Cloudinary) and Landing Page Systems (e.g. Instapage) a plus
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns another plus
