Field Account Manager

Alli is a 1 y/o female-founded start-up created to address the modern-day woman’s needs surrounding feminine care. Alli operates a network of smart and restyled touchless wellness product dispensers and disposal units to supply women with hygienic solutions while on-the-go. Paired with a complementary 1:1 donation model to fight period poverty, Alli helps increase accessibility to high quality feminine wellness products for all women - by providing solutions when she needs it, where she needs it.

Job Description: Field Account Manager, Part-Time (Hourly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Help increase access to feminine wellness products in your community by restocking dispenser within women’s restroom at shopping mall (restock on average 4x month, depending on inventory)
• Manage inventory levels and keep track of items in stock, out of stock, etc.
• Perform troubleshooting on dispensers if needed (guidance provided)
• Maintain a professional image of the company at all times while servicing dispenser
• Opportunity to create your own projects of interest aligned with company needs (social media management, graphic design, public relations, influencer marketing, sales, operations, accounting, etc.) We want to empower you to gain experience in your areas of interest!
• (If applicant still enrolled in college), opportunity to transition into campus ambassador program when in-person classes resume

Qualifications

• Must have access to car and ability to visit dispenser location
• Must be able to physically lift products and shipments
• Must be able to receive deliveries of products to restock
• Prior leadership experience through collegiate, professional and/or community organizations
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
• Proactive and reliable self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
• Active on social media is a plus
• Interest in entrepreneurship is a plus

Compensation: $12.00/hr + mileage reimbursement + mentorship
