Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Hey Frankie is a digital marketing agency that works with clients in the e-commerce space. We are currently hiring an Influencer Marketing Coordinator.

The goal of this position is to find influencers of all sizes to represent our client's brands in an attempt to create awareness, create unique content and drive traffic that prompts purchases.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and brand growth by way of influencer marketing channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc).
• Utilize proprietary database to search for and secure influencers for our brand partners. No spreadsheets necessary!
• Manage inbound and outbound influencer communication/requests, product delivery organization, and influencer payment (when applicable).
• Manage influencers throughout the campaign process, meeting and tracking defined deliverables.
• Manage campaigns from end to end owning your part in the process.
• Consistently discover new talent and know the key players in the influencer space.
• Negotiate rates as necessary.

Who You Are

• You have superior communication skills and understand that pitching influencers requires a well thought out strategy.
• Ability to interact and report on performance both internally and to clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of experience working with influencers to create organic and paid partnerships.
• History of working and developing activations for influencers.
