About the Role:

The Influencer Marketing Manager will manage & refine Avaline’s influencer strategy, programs, recruitment strategies and grow Avaline’s relationships with influencers at all levels. This role will report into the Director of Marketing and will manage the Influencer Marketing Associate and Marketing Coordinator.

What you’ll do:

Influencer Program Management

  • Develop and manage comprehensive influencer campaigns from start to finish that are designed to meet goals and budget set forth by Director of Marketing
  • Scale always-on and brand ambassador programs across multiple social channels primarily Instagram & TikTok
  • Launch a results-driven performance based influencer program
  • Establish improved processes for discovering onboarding, and cultivating relationships with influencers
  • Recommend and manage influencer program assets, including seeding packaging, co-branded opps, event integrations, etc.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality in each influencer shipment from nano to celebrities
  • Create content guidelines and/or briefs for in-kind and paid partners, ensuring asset delivery is on time, usage rights and contracts are up-to-date
  • Collaborate with content marketing to identify and secure talent for takeovers and profile pieces

Reporting & Insights

  • Create influencer tracking parameters and reporting, leading influencer campaigns with category and brand level insights
  • Conduct competitive research and have a pulse on relevant industry trends

Management

  • Manage and coach Influencer Marketing Associate and Marketing Coordinator

What you’ll bring:

  • 6-7 years of experience working in Influencer Marketing in-house and/or in an agency
  • Experience managing scaled influencer marketing campaigns with both organic and paid elements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, or related field required
  • Location: Los Angeles Metro
  • Experience in influencer management tools such as GRIN
  • Experience utilizing analytics and performance reporting to make informed business decisions
  • Experience working in a start-up environment, with the ability to manage and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong track record of contract negotiations
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends as it relates to influencer marketing (Instagram & TikTok)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Must work well with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
  • Proficient in Google Suite, PowerPoint, Excel
