DAY-TO-DAY ROLE:
Reporting to our agency chairman, the Client Integration Director (CID) will create and execute the GamePlan, a 3 month program that will enable seamless onboarding of new business wins across the agency. You will:
- Create GamePlan, the new client onboarding process that will establish Golin as an irreplaceable partner from Day One of the relationship.
- Develop best practices for this vital function, which will include;
- Working with Finance on procurement, scopes of work, contracts, forecasting, and financial processes/protocols
- Partnering with Human Resource and Talent Acquisition on recruiting, DEI, team orientation and training
- Collaborating with Golin Marketing and Growth Teams to develop Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) data, reporting back on pitch win data, client expectations and external announcements
- Partner with local office management and practice leads on the immediate “post-win growth plan” and relationship mapping
- Serving as an interim “Chief of Staff” to the new Account Lead, while at the same time being a corporate resource, consciencely focused on broader agency priorities
- Set the tone for the future of the relationship – both with clients and the Golin team
- Position big client wins as all agency opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership, Top Client Leads and new client leaders to facilitate seamless onboarding of major accounts at onset, potentially opening up additional remits
- Lead support while team staffs up, transitions responsibilities, and finalizes SOWs
- Reinforce our new brand positioning around obsessive collaboration

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience successfully onboarding large public relations clients
- An ability to partner and collaborate with Top Client Leads and executive level clients
- A driver of process, organization, and project management
- Successfully built PR teams in an agency environment
- Fearless pursuit of client satisfaction
- Stellar writing, communications and creative problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of agency operations with a proven track record or getting things done
- Entrepreneurial Mindset, Strategic Thinking, Self-Motivated, Organized, and Calm Under Pressure
