Social Media Coordinator
As a key member of our Marketing Team, The Social Media/Influencer Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Head of eCommerce and be responsible for all branded social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and Youtube. Candidate must be extremely data driven, able to evaluate the performance for each media channel, and track their own progress by setting goals and benchmarking KPI’s.
Candidate must be extremely organized and deliver assets across multiple marketing channels. In an effort to build a strong online customer engagement, applicants will need to align with social media influencers while working within the confines of monthly budgets, ROAS goals, and the promotional calendar to gather high quality content. The Marketing Coordinator will also partner with our eComm team to ensure the content is properly branded. Content may be repurposed for multiple marketing channels such as paid performance, email, and SMS. Candidate will actively recruit influencers using Grin & Cohley management software, and be responsible for creating influencer campaigns and briefs outlining deliverables.
Attention to detail is a must when following up with both micro and macro social media influencers. Other responsibilities include arranging giveaways, setting up collaborations with other brands, creating monthly blog posts, and rolling out high-arching initiatives. A large part of the job involves adding a personalized touch to influencer orders, creating cohesive & well-crafted IG/FB stories, along with shooting product flat lays. Candidates occasionally may need to edit raw content to meet brand requirements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Over 1 year experience in a related field (fashion industry a plus)
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Full understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels
- Light photo editing skills (photoshop, Illustrator etc. is a plus), light photography skills with a good eye for photo composition
- Strong verbal skills/copywriting for creating compelling captions and emails
- Fast learner, creative – thinks outside the box
- Overall passion for fashion marketing and team player
- Willing to grow with the business and adapt on the fly
