Summary
We are hiring an experienced Brand Activations Coordinator to assist, develop, and execute innovative brand activations, partnerships and influencer strategies.
In this role you will be part of the marketing team handling the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of our Influencer program, pre-production and day-of production events, brand partnerships, and assisting in the development of post campaign breakdowns. The ideal candidate has experience in events, brand activations, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, loves all things social, has a relentless curiosity, and keen attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Building, organizing, and managing our database of influencers we currently work with and want to work with
- Identifying, researching, and collecting all publicly available information for target influencers sorting them by sectors and adding to the Influencer Database
- Build and nurture relationships with key influencers
- Reaching out to influencers or their team via email or Instagram to pitch our various Influencer campaigns
- Scheduling content to be posted on influencer and internal accounts
- Making sure all messaging aligns with the look, feel, voice, and pillars of our brands
- Archiving and organizing influencer posted content
- Develop post-campaign performance reports measuring KPIs
- Assisting with event pre-production which includes creating event overview decks, pitch decks, timelines, and one-sheets, scheduling, creating call sheets, and more
- Assisting with talent outreach and scheduling
- Assisting with day-of production of events and content shoots
- Creating post-event recap reports
- Coordinating with other internal departments and third-parties to make sure deadlines are communicated, met, and asset needs are communicated and delivered
Highly Desired Skills
- Influencer/VIP background
- Event production and management background
- Very strong copywriting and copy editing skills
- Current on culture and trends
- Expert knowledge of Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, Twitch, and Tik Tok
- Working knowledge of social audience tools (Sprout Social, Hoot Suite, Dash Hudson, etc.)
- Quick responder: Slack, E-mail, text, and phone
- Proven ability to grow social audiences and engagement
- Ability to thrive in a scrappy, start-up environment: Attentive with strong follow-through and a knack for identifying potential problems & providing creative solutions before anyone else notices them
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must have 2+ years of Influencer marketing experience
- Must have 2+ years of brand activations/events experience
- Must have 1+ years of brand partnerships experience
