We connect clients with fully-licensed, thoroughly vetted therapists who draw on evidence-based approaches. What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to create a long-term content strategy, plan the necessary steps and implement it with a newly formed content team. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of our customers in order to produce engaging and relevant content that improves customer engagement, build awareness, and ultimately drive sales.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop content strategy and roadmap for all content marketing channels;
- Directly manage content marketing initiatives across our site, blog, social media, email, and external/partner sites;
- Manage content team: writers, editors, social media and influencer marketing specialists;
- Work closely with a PR agency to improve the efficiency of external placements;
- Launch, analyze and optimize email marketing campaigns;
- Analyze the results of work, make suggestions for improvement.
Hard Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing or a related field;
- Experience in all aspects of content development: idea generation, researches, writing/editing, collaborating with designers, analysis of results;
- Experience in creation content strategy and content roadmap;
- Experience with social media platforms;
- Understanding of onpage and offpage SEO;
- Deep knowledge in PR communication techniques and tools;
- Understanding how to attract new customers using content marketing on B2C market;
- Experience with email marketing will be a plus;
- Experience with influencer marketing will be a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Self-starter attitude;
- Ability to delegate and control the execution.
