Community Manager

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Community Manager to lead our culture across our online communities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who excels in a fast-paced, versatile environment. Our entire team is hands-on, and growing quickly – we’re looking for someone who fits into the team – but who can also bring a fresh perspective to the table. Our client list is high profile, and we can’t afford small mistakes, this person must be someone who puts the team first, who can pick up on tedious details, who communicate effectively and directly with coworkers and clients, and can do so while under pressure and tight deadlines — we want to work with you!

What You’ll Do

• Manage the launch and execution of influencer programs and initiatives.
• Engage directly with the communities across channels
• Serve as point person on talent outreach, gifting, negotiations, and contract development for all influencer and ambassador relationships.
• Coordinate and lead efforts with brand/influencer/celeb partners
• Track and analyze the performance of social influencer and marketing campaigns
• Compile deliverables post-campaign with results recap and summary
• Manage social giveaways, incoming requests, handle all social communication and maintain an on-going list of potential partners.
• Provide general support to the team with ongoing projects under content, social, and influencer programs
