Hero is seeking a motivated self-starter with a keen sense of influencer & brand partnership strategy that can help achieve key results quickly. The right person will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and work well in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach and negotiate potential brand campaigns leveraged across multiple digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube – both Organic and Paid Media) while building and establishing strong, direct relationships with influencers and/or their representatives
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all company departments to maximize influencer presence and performance across channels (legal, paid social, E-comm, creative, product, branding, etc.)
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise and be resident expert in target demographics
  • Develop and manage comprehensive influencer campaigns from start to finish that will hit KPIs
  • Monitor and keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategy
  • Utilize a variety of tools for researching and scaling multi-tiered influencers as well as identifying new influencers
  • Create influencer tracking parameters and reporting, analyzing the data to make informed decisions
  • Conduct competitive research, relevant industry trends and platforms
  • Utilizing data and metrics to measure performance and applying those learnings to campaign direction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience
  • Minimum 2+ years Influencer Marketing and management experience
  • Experience in healthcare or app connected smart devices a plus
  • Experience in outreach, building, negotiating, executing and scaling influencer campaigns from concept to completion
  • Proficiency with influencer discovery/tracking tools, MS Office, Google Suite, Airtable
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, whitelisting, etc.)
  • Experience elevating brands and building strong relationships with content creators
  • Exceptional solving and critical thinking skills is a must with excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Develop KPIs and insights both internally and with external partners to benchmark expectations and goals
  • Utilize and leverage internal and external reporting tools (Google Analytics, Mode, Shopify) to make informed decisions and report overall influencer performance to stakeholders
  • Maintain monthly Influencer budget and forecast
